Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter, Muslin Cloth, Waterproof Eye and Lip Make-up Remover |
Out of the five new products, I bought three to try, namely the Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter, Muslin Cloth and Waterproof Eye & Lip Make-up Remover.

Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter |
The Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter comes in a metal tin which screws on/off. In the tin, it looks like a hard block of white butter. Germ phobes will definitely complain that this is the most unhygienic way of storage, and to overcome this problem, just use a spatula to scoop the butter up for use.
My thoughts on the cleansing butter:
I really love this cleansing butter! It smells super nice with a flowery scent, does not contain any mineral oil (ahem... I'm looking at you Faceshop & Etude House), shape holds well in Singapore room temperature, but melts once you rub it on your face.
On contact with the face, the butter melts into a transparent oil, which is smooth and runny. The butter removes makeup very fast, massaging around 20s will remove most makeup, even waterproof ones.

Muslin Cleansing Cloth |
After massaging the butter, to remove it, just wet the accompanying muslin cleansing cloth in the range (use warm water for a more thorough cleanse) and proceed to wipe off the butter from your face. Once done, my face is left clear and soft.
I totally love this cleansing butter. It cleanses as well as the Clinique's Cleansing Balm, if not even better at only a fraction of the price (TBS: S$26.90 vs Clinique: S$54), and smells way much nicer. It does not leave an oily sticky film after cleansing, unlike Lush's Ultrabland, so you can leave your face as it is without a second cleanse. Best of all, it cleanse well, leaves the face soft and did not cause me to break out the next day!

Camomile Waterproof Eye & Lip Make-up Remover |
Lastly, I have the camomile waterproof eye & lip make-up remover to introduce. It is a bi-phase remover (i.e. half water, half oil), which you need to
shake it up to activate the product before use. Out of the two versions
of eye & lip make-up remover in the range, I chose to buy this as I
normally wear waterproof makeup. The other version is meant for non
waterproof makeup which is gentler and suitable even for sensitive skin. I have gotten it out of curiosity to see how it will compare to my current holy grail mandom bifesta eye makeup remover, but I have yet to try this out as I am still trying to finish up my mandom bifesta eye makeup remover. An initial sniff at the eye & lip remover tell me both eye makeup removers gives off the same smell, so let's hope the body shop version will perform at the very least like the mandom make-up remover.
Currently The Body Shop is having an introductory promotion, with a 2 for 20% off, 3 for 25% off (TBS member additional 5%), and for a limited time only, the muslin cloth will come free with the cleansing butter, so go on now to grab your product.
