Once again, I have wandered into Watsons and before I knew it, I have bought the Rimmel gift pack. Well, it's only $10 for five Rimmel products, so it's not too bad isn't it? Rimmel gift pack Priced at SGD$10 Two lipsticks, Hide the Blemish Concealer, Glam Eyes Quad Eyeshadow, Lasting Finish Pro Nail Lacquer Actually I am only attracted to the quad eyeshadow in 016 Urban Flower. The colors in the eyeshadow quad are really easy to match and suitable for daily wear. The lipsticks has a shimmery finish which I am not too fond of, but the colors are quite light and wearable. As for the concealer, it comes in a very interesting lipstick form, but I find it too dry to conceal anything properly. As for the nail lacquer, I am still looking for an opportunity that I will open it to try it out, as the color is in a bronzey shade, which I am not fond of either.

Watsons at Takashimaya has returned with a brand new look! Along with the renovation, more brands and products are brought in. So let's take a brief look to see what we have here. First up we have Majolica Majorca Circus Ecstasy: Finally the Creme de Cheek has arrived in Singapore. It's a gel cream blush which can be used on it's own or layered with powder blush. Odd enough, only RD310 (A coral cream) is being sold out of the supposed 4 colours. Along with the blusher are the Trick on Liner in Black (for eyes & body) and Crack Nail polish in Black and Pink. Up next, we have KATE : After more than two months of the release in Japan, KATE fall 2012 has finally reached Singapore. Watsons at IMM has undergone a facelift to give you a cleaner looking and brighter shop! Although I welcome the new look, I have a feel that the shop has shrunk in size. Is it just a feel or a real shrinking? Nevertheless, along with the new look, we welcome new brands and products as well! Had gotten the lip balm in peach flavour prior to this, as I thought the lip balm color looked way too cute, but the toilet freshener scent totally puts me off. >< (Remind me again why did I buy it??) Sleek Blush in Rose Gold and a free BB Cream Sample The Packaging: The Sleek blush comes sealed, and has the similar smooth matte look as their eyeshadow palettes. Like all their palettes, it's a B***H trying to open the blush, so there is no worries of blush opening in your bag. At 8grams, it's the size of my palm. The ingredients: The review: I would describe the colour to be a deep champange rose colour, with heavy gold shimmer embedded. It leans more on the peachy coral tone rather than pink. It has been quite a while since orchard TANGS under went renovation works to upgrade the beauty counters. First few counters to open are MAC, Lancome and the prestigious brand from korea, Sulwhasoo. I can't wait for all the new counters to be fully open!

Finally I have managed to use up some products to clear up some shelf space! 1. Ora2 Stain Clear Polish Paste by Sunstar This is the 2nd or 3rd tube that I have finished (see how much I like this product). It's a very small tube as it is only meant for weekly usage. Once every week you just need to use this polish paste in place of your normal toothpaste and brush as normal. It effectively removes coffee, tea and food stains, allowing me to enjoy my favourite food and beverage. 2. Chic Choc Moisture Cream Wash A facial wash sample that I have gotten along with purchase of products at Chic Choc in my last trip to Taiwan. It is supposed to give you extra boost of moisture. As with all cream wash, I found this facial wash to be slightly drying even though it is meant to be moisture replenishing.
