herworld - THEFACESHOP freebies I went to Kinokuniya and bought two magazines: ELLE and herworld. ELLE came with a set of Nuxe  freebies (smells horrendous) and a pouch while herworld came with freebies from THEFACESHOP! Look closely, yes... It's Kim Hyun Joong! THEFACESHOP is very generous with the freebies, giving away one face mask (with Kim Hyun Joong on it), 3 sachets of their Natural Sun sunblock with SPF 45+++, 3 sachets of Power Perfection BB cream, and a set of the Smim toner and emulsion. It's a pity the Kim Hyun Joong mask is in lemon, and I have allergies to anything containing lemon :( Oh well, I shall give pretty boy away to someone else who can put him to better use :) Close up of Kim Hyun Joong!

After one whole month of waiting, my havaianas has finally arrived. A simple pink slim thong slippers, with a special price - $20. Yes, $20 can u believe it?!?! I think they are selling these in the retail shops for twice the price, and I got these from Singsale . Generally I had a good experience with Singsale, from picking the product until checking out. The only problem I had was with the waiting time, 1 whole month to ship the slippers.. Did they used sea freight to ship it from Australia?? Oh well, it's worth it for the price.. Just be very very patient :)

I finished a cleansing oil from Heme, Finally! It's called Foaming One-Step Cleanser, but in actual fact is a foaming makeup remover. Foaming One-Step Cleanser Ingredients and Usage (I) Ingredients and Usage (II) It has this citrus grapefruit smell, which I find to be slightly overpowering. I bought this cleanser at a 50% discount from Watson as my dove foaming makeup remover was running out. The pump dispenses a ball of foam, which is much less denser than the Dove foaming makeup remover. On the whole, I find the cleansing power to be so-so only, so I only use this as an additional cleansing step after my Mandom Cleansing Express makeup remover (using it on it's own causes me to have minor breakouts the next day). Would I recommend it? I guess not. Why would I want to have a makeup remover that requires double cleansing? So what makeup remover are you using?

Banana Milk Ok, I know this has got nothing to do with skincare and makeup, but I just got so excited seeing this Korean banana milk in Singapore, I just had to share with you guys :) It's the only brand that I would drink banana milk from and it brings back fond memories of Korea. Wait for me Korea, I will be back!
